Which payment methods are available?
Payments can be made on our website via your Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, Google Pay, PayTM and other UPI methods.
My transaction failed but amount has been deducted from my account. What can I do?
In such cases, please contact us with the Transaction ID. You can find the Transaction ID in the SMS which you may have received when the amount is deducted. Usually, the amount is refunded back to your account within 3-4 working days when a transaction fails.
Are there any delivery charges? What delivery options are available?
Delivery charges are different for each product and will be visible in your Cart after adding product to cart. We deliver through our network of Courier Partners across India. We can also deliver by India Post (SPEED Post) to Pincodes where no courier service is available.
How many days does it take for delivery of my order?
Delivery times are different for different pincodes. Please enter your pincode on the product page to get an estimate for your pincode.
